Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it for the same item. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.
Customized Items
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless the error was due to a mistake on our end (such as a misprint, incorrect design, or wrong item). In such cases, we’ll work with you to make it right.
